You can use these hours for 2 years. SLA is only guaranteed for 30 days from package purchase.

Monthly subscription and payment of package for training, development, consulting, implementation, support and any other tasks related to Odoo use for the selected number of package hours. You can use these hours for the current current period and the period following it. All purchased hours are guaranteed to comply with the SLA.
